Jonathan B. Shook, MD
Dr. Jonathan Shook graduated with distinction from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana in 1998. In 2002, he received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. During medical school, he was elected to the pres¬tigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha, based on his high academic achievement.

In 2007, Dr. Shook completed his residency in Ortho¬paedic Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. During his residency he received several awards, including: Innovations in Orthopaedics Award, Certificate of Excellence in Research and the Charles M. Schwartz Traveling Fellow Award. He completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals in 2008.

Dr. Shook is a member the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Indiana Orthopaedic Society.

Dr. Shook is currently head team physician for West¬field High School and a part of the medical team for the Indianapolis Indi¬ans and the Indiana Fever of the WNBA. He was the official orthopaedic consultant for the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Final Four Tournament. Dr. Shook has served as a team physician at the University of Chicago. He was also a member of the medical team involved in the treatment of the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL.

Dr. Shook’s work has been published in multiple professional journals.
